The Micro Loan Program offers loans of up to S$100,000 to local companies with 10 or less employees.

Overview

Use of Funds	For daily operations or for automating and upgrading factory and equipment
Maximum Loan Quantum	$100,000
Interest Rate	* Minimum 5.5% interest rate for loan tenure of 4 years and below.
* Interest rate offered is s ubject to Participating Financial Institutions' assessments of risks involved.

Criteria
You may apply for a Micro Loan if your company meets these criteria :

registered or incorporated in Singapore
employ 10 or less employees
at least 30% of your shareholding is local
your company's group fixed assets are below $15 million
your company's group has no more than 200 employees (for companies in the services sector)
Checking up to three levels for corporate shareholders holding 20% or more of the total shareholding in the company and one level down, where the company holds more than 50% of the shareholding in a subsidiary company
